Bonkydoodah is committed to the highest level of service and customer care and satisfaction. Please read our terms and conditions and returns policy before placing an order.

Make sure you have selected the right size, you love the color and that your Mum loves it?

Our products are all print made to your chosen color and size so we can only offer returns/refunds if:
a) the product does not match the order, or
b) the product is faulty
If the product(s) delivered does not match your order please contact us via email help@bonkydoodah.com outlining the problem and we will arrange the return or replacement of the bonky goods.  Please remember to include your original invoice number and the name your order was placed under.  If the goods have a problem relating to the quality of the product such as a mis-print or a fault on garment, then a photograph as well as description of the problem should be emailed through to help@bonkydoodah.com for our customer services team to assess..
 
If the problem relates to a production issue then a re-print of the goods will be offered to rectify the quality issue or a refund will be offered. We will gladly issue you a replacement item or issue a refund back to your original form of payment within 40 business days. You can always contact us at help@bonkydoodah.com we are here to help.
